Photowall Review

This was really exciting for me! A very lovely woman contacted me from Photowall as they had stumbled across my little corner of the internet and wanted to share what they do with me. They asked for nothing in exchange besides an honest review and that’s exactly what this is, honest and completely transparent. I should say that the canvas was sent to me as a gift and I chose the print myself.

Photowall is a Swedish company with a passion for design and quality. All of their murals and canvas prints are environmentally friendly [ you can find out more about that here ], fire retardant and won’t fade in the sunlight!
They have thousands, literally THOUSANDS of motifs and designs to choose from. Trying to narrow them all down gave me a bit of a headache. There were so many I loved and I had a hard time trying to decide.

They promise a 100% Guarantee, free UK delivery, unique designs or custom if you upload your own. And you don’t need to worry about getting any wallpaper paste as this comes included with a mural!

I love a feature wall. Whether it’s a single bold colour or a bright and beautiful wallpaper; so I was really tempted to go for something to climb up our stairs, but I still haven’t quite figured out how the hell to wallpaper a wall of that height so decided it was probably best to go for a canvas!

This didn’t really help to narrow down my choices, because I had exactly the same problem. I was in love with everything. I could see this there, and that here – so I had to narrow it down through the process of elimination – what room, what colour, what theme, what canvas.

Eventually, I settled on the Mountainscape Blue canvas and ordered in a size 40 x 30in (approx). This was to go in my living room above our couch and would replace the faded and sorry for itself looking one that was originally there.

Cannot complain about a thing. As soon as my order when through I received a confirmation email and my canvas as shipped to me via tracked delivery, so I was able to keep an eye on when it was likely to arrive. I work from home so it’s never usually an issue for me to receive anything, but I imagine this would be handy for those on the 9-5 train.

I didn’t realise (despite it saying very clearly on the website) that the canvas was self-assembly. When I opened it and took everything out I was a little daunted because it looked really complicated and I was worried I was going to ruin my lovely new print! But not to fret, it came with full instructions and not a hammer or screwdriver required!

To sum up, Photowall is awesome. They’ve already been bookmarked into my favourites and I would definitely use them again! If I ever need to decorate a room in the house I’ll be checking them out first. The canvas is amazing quality and looks fab on the wall.

Photowall has also been kind enough to offer a 20% discount code to my readers! It’s valid until 31/01/2018 so don’t miss a great opportunity while it lasts. Just use the code  “pwlaurahabcampaign2017” at the checkout to take advantage!
